About Terry & Company

Terry & Company was
established in 1979 by Alan Terry in Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania, and moved to Denver, Colorado, in 1986.
Terry & Company is a
member of the Private Companies Practice Section of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the
national professional organization for Certified Public
Accountants, Colorado.
In 2000, Terry & Company
acquired Bob Pearson Enterprises, which offers
comprehensive parts department consulting and financial
consulting for automobile dealerships.
In 2001, we joined
Integra International, a global network of accounting
and financial consulting firms dedicated to exchanging
information and advising growing businesses.
The American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants peer review program is
dedicated to enhancing the quality of accounting,
auditing and attestation services performed by AICPA
members in public practice. Our
2006 Peer Review
is now available.
E. Alan Terry
Alan Terry, C.P.A., is a
1970 graduate of the University of Southern Colorado
with a B.S. in accounting. In 1976 he received his
M.B.A. from Indiana University with an emphasis in
Finance. Prior to founding Terry & Company, Alan worked
for Price Waterhouse in Baltimore, Maryland, for two
years; Cummins Engine Company in Columbus, Indiana, for
three years; and Westinghouse Electric Company in
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, for three years.
